ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Gail Lyons - Biography Recognized internationally as a futurist, expert in agency law and practice and international real estate, Gail has facilitated hundreds of seminars/courses throughout the U.S., and numerous foreign venues including Canada, China, India, Eastern Europe, Africa and South America. During 2009 and 2010, she taught the CRS international designation REAP, (Real Estate Advanced Practices), a week long course that includes a Train-the-Trainer, in Vietnam, Taipei, Thailand and Malaysia. Gail holds a Masters of Education from Cornell University. In addition to the two CIPS courses listed above, she teaches the ABR, Green, RSPS, SRES and TRC designations/certificates. Her international credentials, in addition to teaching, include chairing NAR’s International Committee and, since 2004, serving as Regional Coordinator of Asia-Pacific. This later role includes working closely with NAR’s 14 bi-lateral partners in the region and with their assigned President’s Liaisons and Ambassador Associations.
