CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you are unable to attend this event, you may send a substitute delegate in your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of any substitutions as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your registration within 10 working days from the day you registered, your registration fee will be refunded less an administration fee of $200 per registered delegate, provided we receive your cancellation by email within 10 working days. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 60 days prior to the date of the Course you book.

However due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to alter the programme prior to the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule this event if circumstances arise whereby performance of the event is no longer feasible, full refund will be issued.
